WILLIAM HILL are offering 11/10 that Rio Ferdinand will be left out of Manchester United’s starting line up for the Premier League game against Everton this weekend. ‘There may well be one or two casualties from the City mauling, and Rio could be the highest profile absentee’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
