LIVERPOOL AND RAFA ON BRINK

LIVERPOOL’S chances of progressing in the Champions League suffered a hammer blow as Lyon scored a late equaliser, and William Hill now make them 8/1 to go through from their Group (1/20 not to), and 40/1 to win the tournament, while Hills now make Rafa Benitez 6/4 from 9/4 to be gone from the club by the end of the season (1/2 to survive). ‘Rafa went from hero to almost zero in the space of minutes and Liverpool will do well to lift themselves from a setback like this’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
