ROONEY-MANIA is helping drive the biggest gamble of all time as punters bet over £1 billion on the outcome of the World Cup, say bookmakers William Hill, who have already taken bets of £60,000; $85,000; £110,000 and £200,000 on the tournament and now anticipate a £25m gamble on England’s opening match against USA.
