AFTER a second blatant example of a wrong decision leading to a crucial goal award, William Hill have cut their odds for FIFA to put video technology in place in time for the 2014 World Cup from 5/1 to 7/2.
‘With two such huge decisions being proved to be incorrect within such a short space of time and costing both England and Mexico dear, the pressure will be on FIFA to take some action’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
