The debate about goal-line technology rumbles on and William Hill are offering odds on when the system will be introduced into the Premier League making the 2012/13 season the 11/10 favourite. The following season is offered at 13/8 with the season after that 4/1.

All football fans have felt the heartache of dubious goal-line decisions and the odds suggest that the system will be introduced sooner rather than later, said Hills spokesman Joe Crilly.
