Following the FIFA report William Hill make England 6/4 second favourites to win the bid to host the 2018 World Cup, with Russia as 10/11 favourites, Spain & Portugal 7/2 and Holland/Belgium 50/1 outsiders.
The report doesnt seem likely to affect the voting intentions of any of those charged with making the ultimate decision, said Hills spokesman Graham Sharpe.
