Pards Is Heavily Backed For Toon
William Hills market for the next Newcastle market has only been open for an hour and a half and Hills have already taken nearly £10,000 on Alan Pardew. He opened at 7/2 but has been backed in to 4/6. Martin ONeill is the 7/2 second favourite with Alan Curbishley at 8/1.
So far the only potential candidate we can lay is Pards and it would not surprise us in the slightest if he were to get the job, said Hills spokesman Joe Crilly.
