Blatter 9/4 to stand down by end of year:
YOU BET BLATTER HAS GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME!

William Hill are offering odds of 9/4 that Sepp Blatter will stand down as FIFA President before the end of the year, following his latest gaffe. ‘Mr Blatter’s credibility has been in tatters for some while but his latest disastrous comments may at long last signal the end of his reign’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
But Hills are only offering 11/10 that Blatter will survive at least until the end of the 2014 World Cup.
