With controversy surrounding the future of the House of Lords, William Hill have opened a book on whether there will be direct Elections to the House of Lords before the year 2016 – and offer 7/4 that there will, 2/5 that there will not. ‘We think it is unlikely that direct Elections to the House of Lords will be taking place any time soon’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Last time round in 2008 the winning total was four, but in the three previous tournaments it was five – and Hills make 5 their 11/8 joint favourite along with 4 or fewer, also at 11/8 while 6 or more is a 5/2 chance. ‘Those expecting the tournament to be a goal-fest ma well be attracted by the six or more option’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills have seen support for Benzema, from 20/1 to 16/1, and Jelavic from 66/1 to 40/1 in their Euro top scorer market.

PODOLSKI ODDS-ON TO BECOME A GUNNER
