BOOKMAKERS WILLIAM HILL are betting on all 650 seats being contested in the General Election and say that the Argyll &Bute contest is one of the closest of all. Hills make the Lib Dems 10/11 favourites to win, with the Conservatives 9/4, the SNP 3/1 and Labour 14/1. ‘This is a difficult seat to weigh up’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe, ‘And we’re not even sure we have got the right favourites – but that’s where the money has been going so far’
