WHO WILL SUCCEED ARSENE WHEN HE GOES?
WITH Arsene Wenger’s reign as Arsenal boss appearing to be under threat, William Hill have opened a book on who will succeed him, and have installed Martin O’Neill as 9/2 favourite. ‘We still believe Arsene will at least see out the season, and make him odds-on to do so, but should Arsenal’s results deteriorate badly the job could well become available very much more quickly’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
