Lampard 5/6 To Reach 100 Caps…qpr Becks Appeal Shrinking
Frank Lampard led by example as England defeated Spain and he has now targeted 100 caps for England. The midfielder, who took his tally to 90 on Saturday is 5/6 with William Hill to join the 100 club (5/6 not to).
QPR have seemingly given up in the race to sign David Beckham and William Hill have eased their odds to 8/1 (from 6/1). Paris Saint Germain are the 4/9 favourites to secure Beckhams signature, while Tottenham are the 5/1 second favourites. Beckham is 4/7 to join up with the GB squad for the 2012 Olympics and Hills make Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey 1/8 and 1/5 respectively to feature in the Olympic squad.
Bale and Ramsay have already appeared in the promotional photos for the launching of the GB kit and with Wales not playing in the Euros, it now seems almost impossible to imagine that they will not join up with the squad in London, said Hills spokesman Joe Crilly.
David Beckham next club: 4/9 PSG; 5/1 Spurs; 8/1 QPR; 9/1 Anzhi; 10/1 Blackburn; 12/1 Aston Villa; 16/1 AC Milan; 33/1 Real Madrid…others on request
