RYAN GIGGS has been installed as 11/4 favourite by William Hill to succeed John Toshack as permanent manager of Wales. ‘Giggs would appear to be a popular choice to take over, but a lack of experience and the fact that he is still playing well may mean that the opportunity will come a little too early for him’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
