Tottenham’s European dream ended at the hands of Real Madrid tonight and William Hill are offering 9/4 that Spurs play Champions League football next season. Tottenham have progressed incredibly under Harry Redknapp and he is 6/4 to become the next England manager. Despite Redknapp’s assurances that his team will not be being split up, the lure of Champion’s League may prove to be too much for some of Spur’s biggest players and Modric is 13/8 to leave the club before the first game of next season, while Van der Vaart is 9/4 and Bale 11/10 to do the same.

“Tottenham have really lit up the competition this season, but their 4-0 victory, that was very well backed pre match, failed to materialise and the odds suggest that Spurs will struggle to get back into the competition for next year,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
