Benitez 9/4 For Chop As Liverpool 4/7 To Crash Out Of Champions League

BENITEZ 9/4 FOR CHOP AS LIVERPOOL 4/7 TO CRASH OUT OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

WILLIAM HILL offer 9/4 that Rafa Benitez will leave his job as Liverpool manager before the end of the current season – with Liverpool 4/7 to fail to make the next stage of the Champions League – and 5/4 to get through. ‘With most managers in Rafa’s situation you’d think that elimination from the Champions League at this stage would automatically mean the sack, but until he loses the fans he seems to be safe and although there are murmurings of discontent there is not yet open hostility towards him, which is why he is 1/3 to see the season out’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
HILLS OFFER 11/2 THAT RAFA WILL LEAVE LIVERPOOL BEFORE PHIL BROWN LEAVES HULL, AND 1/10 VICE VERSA. ‘Brown seems to have only a game or two to save his job, but if Rafa loses to Lyon and then fails to beat Birmingham in the League who knows what will happen’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

You Bet Brown On Brink At Hull

As rumours abound that Brown is on way out:
BROWN ON THE BRINK – WHO’LL BE NEXT?

FOLLOWING RUMOURS OF THE imminent departure of Phil Brown from Hull City, William Hill have stopped taking bets for him to go, and installed Portsmouth’s Paul Hart as odds-on favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave his club. ‘ With rumours circulating that Phil Brown is on the verge of leaving Hull City, we have taken him out of our market for the next Premiership manager to leave his club in which he was 7/4 joint favourite with Paul Hart. We saw a string of bets for Brown to go, with punters asking to stake up to £500 a time. At that point we decided to close the book. The possible departure of Brown could trigger a wave of managerial moves, but although Paul Hart is an obvious favourite to be next to go, given his side’s position at the bottom of the table, the bizarre financial and ownership situation at the club could mean that there is noone really in a position to remove him at the moment’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe. Hills have also now stopped taking bets on whether Phil Brown will still be at Hull on the final day of the season.
Hills currently make Hull 2/5 favourites to be relegated (7/4 to stay up), and 11/8 favourites to finish bottom of the table.

Will Pompey Be Hart Broken Before Hull Browned Off ?

Pompey 7/1 to set all time Prem points low:
WILL POMPEY BE HART-BROKEN BEFORE HULL BROWNED OFF?

PHIL BROWN is 8/11 no longer to be Hull boss on the last day of the season with William Hill – but he is only second favourite to be the first Prem boss of the season to leave his club – with Hils making Pompey’s Paul Hart 10/11 to be the first to go. ‘Hart has an even worse record than Brown this season with seven straight defeats and doesn’t even have the defence that but for him his side wouldn’t even be in the Premiership’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills make Pompey manager Paul Hart 1/ 2 to leave the club before the end of the season and offer 6/4 that Hart will still be there at the end of the campaign; Hills make Portsmouth 7/1 to end the season with 10 or fewer points, and offer 8/13 that they end the camapign with 19 or more points; 13/8 between 12 and 18 inclusive. ‘Everyone seems to think Portsmouth have fewer points than their performances deserve – but as yet points are not awarded for being deserving as far as I am aware’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
