MANCHESTER UNITED 2/1 TO WIN PREMIER LEAGUE – NEXT SEASON!

William Hill have already opened a book on NEXT season’s Premier League title, and installed Manchester United as 2/1 favourites. And, with Carlo Ancelotti now odds-against being Chelsea boss on the first day of next season, Hills have installed Guus Hiddink as 2/1 favourite to replace him on a permanent basis. ‘The United- Chelsea result has effectively rounded off this season, but created real doubts about Ancelott’s future’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

BLACKPOOL TITLE ODDS SLASHED

William Hill have slashed Blackpool’s Premier League title odds by a record EIGHT THOUSAND points after cutting them from a pre-season 10,000/1 to 2000/1. ‘So many Blackpool fans have placed small money bets on their side winning the title that we face a record £5million+ loss if they were to do it – so their 4-0 win was bad news for us!’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
However, Hills have make Chelsea 13/8 title favourites and also offer 9/4 Man U; 5 Man C; 6 Arsenal; 14 Liverpool; 28 Spurs; 125 Everton; 150 Villa.

Brazil’s Bad Korea Move

BRAZIL ODDS LENGTHENED AFTER BAD KOREA MOVE

BRAZIL’S WORLD CUP odds were lengthened from 4/1 to 9/2 second favourites by William Hill after they made hard work of beating N Korea. Hills make Spain 7/2 favourites and also offer 13/2 Argentina; 8/1 England; Germany; Holland; 16/1 Italy; 25/1 Portugal; France; 50/1 Ivory Coast; 2000/1 N Korea.
‘Brazil’s win was bad news for us with some hefty bets at short odds for them to do so, but the N Korea goal made us plenty in the correct score market where most punters had banked on a Korean blank.’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

TO QUALIFY (OR NOT)…..1/14 Brazil; 8/13 Portugal (6/5); Evens Iviry Coast (8/11); 25/1 N Korea (1/200)
