Tevez 7/4 To Return Against Blackburn…avb On His Way?

Carlos Tevez has reportedly apologised paving the way for his Manchester City return. William Hill think that his return could well come against Blackburn this weekend, offering 7/4 that he plays some part during the game, while the home match against Bolton the following week is 11/8 to be the match in which he makes his return. He is 7/2 to return against Swansea, 7/1 Chelsea, 11/1 Stoke and 15/2 for him to play no part in any of these games.

Hills have opened a market on where Tevez will next ply his trade should he leave Manchester City in the summer and make PSG and Inter Milan the 4/1 favourites to secure his services with AC Milan 5/1. Tevez is Even money to still be at City come the start of next season (8/11 to have left).

“Having Carlos Tevez rot in the reserves helps nobody out and so by apologising, he has now opened the door for a return to the first team and we think he may be pulling on a City shirt sooner rather than later,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

After defeat to Napoli, Chelsea have now failed to win in five games and William Hill make under-pressure manager, Andre Villas Boas 3/1 to have left Chelsea by the time the second leg Champions League match comes around. He is also 2/5 to have left Chelsea by the start of next season (7/4 to still be there). He is now the 8/13 favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave his job.

When will Carlos Tevez next play for Manchester City: 7/4 Blackburn (h); 11/8 Bolton (h); 7/2 Swansea (a); 7/1 Chelsea (h); 11/1 Stoke (a); 15/2 none of these games

Pass Master Backed For England Top Job…you Bet Tevez To Play Again For City!

Pep Guardiola has been backed in from 50/1 to 10/1 third favourite to become the next England boss with William Hill. Despite the plunge in his odds, Harry Redknapp remains the 4/11 favourite to get the gig on a permanent basis.

“With Barcelona losing at the weekend and falling 10 points behind Real Madrid in La Liga, Guardiola could well be on his way from the Nou Camp,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. “And there would be no England fan that would complain should the national side start playing like Barca.”

Carlos Tevez has now been backed in from 5/6 to 1/2 to play at any point during the season for Manchester City (6/4 not to). “Having originally been offered at 7/4, it has been pretty much one way traffic, with punters thinking that Tevez may be offered yet another chance by Roberto Mancini,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Thierry Henry scored a hat-trick for Arsenal against Inter Milan at the San Siro nine years ago and Hills offer 50/1 that he parts the Gooners having scored three goals on Wednesday. Alex Oxlade Chamberlain has been on top form over the course of the last few weeks and William Hill are offering 11/8 that he makes the Euro 2012 squad (8/15).

Arsenal have won on their previous two visits to the San Siro and Hills offer 11/4 that they win again on Wednesday. 5/1 is offered for them to win with Robin van Persie to score. AC Milan are 11/10 to win and the draw is 21/10.

Next Permanent England manager: 4/11 Harry Redknapp; 6/1 Stuart Pearce; 10/1 Pep Guardiola; 11/1 Guus Hiddink; 12/1 Roy Hodgson; 14/1 Jose Mourinho; 20/1 Martin O’Neill; 25/1 Arsene Wenger; 25/1 Rafa Benitez; 33/1 BAR

Ferdinand 11/10 To Snub Terry Shake

John Terry and Anton Ferdinand come face to face for the first time since their on-pitch altercation and William Hill are offering 11/10 that the England skipper is snubbed during the pre-match handshakes by Ferdinand.

“With first Wayne Bridge and secondly Anton Ferdinand, John Terry is running out of people to shake hands with,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Frank Lampard is a wanted man, with Carlo Ancelotti looking to team up with his former player at PSG. William Hill are offering 6/4 that Lampard has left Chelsea before the start of next season and make PSG the 5/4 favourites to capture the England midfielder with LA Galaxy 15/8 and Real Madrid 8/1.

Another former Chelsea manager hitting the headlines is Jose Mourinho who could be on his way out of the Bernabeu. William Hill offer 6/5 that he has left Real Madrid by the start of next season and another manager swapping London for the Spanish capital could be Arsene Wenger, who is the 10/3 favourite to take the Real hot seat ahead of Rafa Benitez and Joachim Low at 7/1.

William Hill Odds:

Anton Ferdinand and John Terry to shake hands this weekend: 4/6 yes; 11/10 no

Frank Lampard next club: 5/4 PSG; 15/8 LA Galaxy; 8/1 Real Madrid; 10/1 Inter Milan; 12/1 Milan

Frank Lampard to be at Chelsea on the first game of next season: 1/2 yes; 6/4 no

Tevez to leave Manchester City in January: 1/2 yes; 6/4 no

Tevez to play for Manchester City again: 2/9 no; 3/1 yes

Mourinho to leave Real Madrid by the start of next season: 6/5 yes; 8/13 no

Next Real Madrid Boss: 10/3 Arsene Wenger; 7/1 Rafa Benitez; 7/1 Joachim Low; 16/1 Juan Martinez; 16/1 Sven Goran Eriksson; 16/1 Guus Hiddink; 25/1 Fabio Capello

Arsenal Fan Cheering Despite Defeat As He Bags £31,638.47

Arsenal may have been defeated by Manchester United on Sunday, but there was one Gooner who was celebrating well into the early hours. An Irish William Hill punter (and avid Arsenal fan) from Stockport bagged a whopping £31,638.47 from a £10 stake. The punter, who usually bets £10 a week on the football, put all of his eggs in one basket and predicted 14 games in which both teams would score including Arsenal’s 2-1 defeat to United.

The 28 year old punter has only lived in the UK for 7 months and chose to do the ‘Will Both Teams Score?’ coupon for the very first time on Sunday. “This is the first time that I have played this coupon and I will certainly be having a little punt on it next weekend.”

The ‘Will Both Teams Score?’ coupon is one of William Hill’s fastest growing coupons despite only having been around for just over two years. “The coupon is incredibly popular because the bet lasts for 90 minutes of each match,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. The bet paid out at odds of 3163/1 and is the largest payout that Hills have made on that coupon this season.

“About a year ago, we had a horrific weekend where every Premier League team scored and this is our biggest pay out on this coupon since then,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Winning Bet – Both Teams To Score:

8/13 Utrecht vs PSV
4/6 Man City vs Tottenham
10/11 Osasuna vs Valencia
4/7 AZ Alkmaar vs Ajax
4/6 VVV Venlo vs Feyenoord
1/1 Valenciennes vs Bastia
8/13 Arsenal vs Manchester United
5/6 Siena vs Napoli
5/6 Lecce vs Chievo
8/11 Hamburg vs Dortmund
1/1 Inter Milan vs Lazio
8/11 Leverkusen vs Mainz
8/11 Real Madrid vs Ath Bilbao
11/10 Marseille vs Le Havre

Fast Food Worker Serves Up A £75.5k Winner At William Hill

A mystery 53 year old William Hill shop punter, from Caernarfon, is on cloud nine after a £2 football accumulator paid out to the tune of £75,582.85. “This punter must have an incredible knowledge of European football as he has not just picked 14 favourites in his selections, he has gone for a few outsiders as well,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
