Read moreShamrock Rovers have been installed as William Hills 4/9 favourites to win the FAI Cup final following their 1-0 victory over St. Patricks Athletic in the cup semi-final replay at the Stadium of Light on Tuesday evening.
The Hoops, who last won the cup in 1987, will contest the final against last years runners-up Sligo Rovers who are 13/8 to go one better this year.
William Hill are also offering odds of 2/1 for Shamrock Rovers to win this years Airtricity league – and 7/2 to complete the Airtricity League/FAI Cup double.

William Hill are offering odds of 6/5 for bitter rivals Shamrock Rovers and Bohemians to meet in this years FAI Cup final.
The first of the two semi-finals takes place at Dalymount Park on Friday night when Bohemians take on Sligo Rovers. Hills make Bohemians 2/5 favourites to qualify for the final, while Sligo Rovers are available at 7/4. In the 90 minutes market – Bohemians are 4/6, Sligo Rovers are 7/2, and the draw is on offer at 23/10.
The other semi-final is an all-Dublin affair between Shamrock Rovers and St. Patricks Athletic on Sunday. The Hoops are 1/2 to qualify for the final at the expense of St. Patricks Athletic who are 6/4 to reach the final. The home side are 5/6 favourites to win the game in 90 minutes, St. Pats are 11/4 and the draw is 9/4.
The bookies are also offering odds on both Shamrock Rovers and Bohemians completing the Airtricity League/FAI Cup double this season. Hills make Bohs 5/2 to complete the double while Rovers are 15/2 to win both titles.
On league form, Rovers and Bohs look like the obvious candidates to reach the final, said William Hill spokesman Tony Kenny However, league form goes out the window in the Cup and St. Patricks Athletic and Sligo Rovers will both fancy their chances of upsetting the odds.

Bohemians are now the 4/11 favourites to win the 2010 Airtricity League title following a dramatic series of matches on Saturday afternoon.
The Gypsies beat St. Patricks Athletic 1-0 at the Stadium of Light and then watched their bitter rivals, Shamrock Rovers, lose 2-1 at home to Sporting Fingal.
Saturdays results leaves Bohemians one point clear of Shamrock Rovers at the top of the table with just two games to go.
Rovers, who lead the league by eight points at one stage, are now 2/1 to win their first league title since 1994.
In the penultimate round of fixtures Bohemians play Galway in Terryland Park, while the Hoops are at home to Drogheda United.
Bohemians are now in the box seat and its hard to see them dropping points against either Galway or Dundalk, said Hills spokesman Tony Kenny Rovers were 1/6 favourites to win the league just a few weeks ago, but the destiny of the 2010 Airtricity League is now out of their hands.
