WILLIAM HILL have opened a book on who will succeed Roy Hodgson as permanent Fulham boss and make Alan Curbishley odds on favourite. ‘This would appear to be an ideal opportunity for ‘Curbs’ to get back into management’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe. ‘However, Hodgson’s success at Craven Cottage could have made the job attractive to a higher echelon of managers than may previously have been the case.’
