Of all the things that Craig Bellamy may be remembered for in his career, William Hill will always remember him for the night he celebrated a goal against Barcelona by swinging an imaginary golf club. William Hill had been offering 100/1 and ended up paying out upwards of £50,000 on the day. Hills have decided that they will once again take on the Wales wizard offering 5/2 that Bellamy celebrates scoring for Wales on Wednesday night by doing the ‘Mobot’ or the ‘Lightning Bolt’.

“We offered 100/1 that he would do the golf swing celebration back in 2007 and we are now ready to take him on again albeit at a slightly more reserved price of 5/2,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. “Bellamy has just been at the Olympics and he may have picked up a few celebration tips from his fellow athletes.”

Drogba Backed To Stay At Chelsea But Who Else Is Sniffing Around?

Didier Drogba may be out of contract at Chelsea, but William Hill do not think that necessarily mean that the talismanic striker will be leaving Stamford Bridge, offering Even money that he starts next season at the Blues. Barcelona have reportedly targeted Drogba and have said they would be willing to offer a two year contract to the player and they are the 2/1 second favourites to take the Ivorian for the start of next season. 11/4 For Pre Match Handshakes To Be Abolished Next Season
