WILLIAM HILL offer 9/4 that Arsene Wenger will again refuse to shake hands with Mark Hughes when Arsenal entertain Manchester City in their second Premier League game later this season – and are offering 11/10 that he will again refuse to shake hands with Hughes or any other manager during the rest of the season in any competitive first team game.
