Dan The Man And How Many Goals Will England Euro Top Scorer Notch ?

TWO GOALS AGAINST DUTCH – THREE IN ENTIRE EURO FINALS?

WILLIAM HILL have opened a book on how many goals England’s top scorer in the Euro finals will score and make THREE their 2/1 favourite, with TWO a 9/4 chance and ONE, the ‘winner’ in the last World Cup, a 7/2 shot. ‘Whoever manages the side in the Euros will need to prioritise his strikers pretty quickly as, at the moment, there are several contenders to start up front in the opening game to stake a claim for a permanent place in the side’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

And Hills make Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck their 11/2 joint favourites to top score for the country innthe tournament.

DAN THE MAN?

William Hill are betting on which Dan – Sturridge or Welbeck, will score more goals and play more minutes during the Euro finals – and reckon Welbeck is likely to outdo Sturridge in both areas. ‘The two Dans are amongst our most promising players and it will be very interesting to see which of the two enjoys the better tournament’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

28/1 Argentina, France, Portugal To Miss Out On World Cup

28/1 BIG THREE TO MISS OUT ON WORLD CUP FINALS

WITH ARGENTINA, FRANCE AND PORTUGAL all struggling to qualify for the World Cup Finals, William Hill have opened a book on each of them doing so – and make Argentina most likely at 1/5 (10/3 not to), with France 2/7 to get to South Africa, 5/2 not to; while Portugal are 5/6 to make it, 5/6 not to.’The World Cup will be a poorer tournament for the loss of any or all of these sides – and betting turnover will certainly be heavier if they all make it – but if they don’t produce the goods in qualification they clearly don’t deserve to be there’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills offer 15/8 that ALL of them will get through – and 28/1that NONE of them will do so.
