Pardew 20/1 To Retain Manager Of Year Title

ROBERTO MANCINI is 7/2 favourite with William Hill to be voted LMA Manager of the Year next season, the honour won this season by Alan Pardew, who
is 20/1 to retain it. ‘Winning the title doesn’t necessarilly mean Manager of the Year follows – being popular with your fellow bosses seems to be an important factor alongside trophies’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Hat Trick Hero O – C 6/4 To Make Euro Squad

OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN 6/4 TO MAKE ENGLAND’S EURO SQUAD

FOLLOWING his impressive hat trick against Switzerland in the Euro U21 Championship, Arsenal starlet Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is a 6/4 chance with William Hill to make it into England’s senior squad for the Euro 2012 finals. ‘Oxlade-Chamberlain will inevitably be compared with Theo Walcott, and there is an argument that his elevation into Sven’s World Cup squad was actually harmful to his career at that stage’ said Hills spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills are also betting on how many Premier League starts he will make and goals he will score.

WILLIAM HILL have cut former Aberdeen player Billy Stark from 4/1 to 2/1 favourite to become the club’s next permanent boss after the departure of Mark McGhee.

Hodgson Favourite To Be Next Boss Out

As Liverpool shortest ever price to be relegated:
NOW HODGSON FAVOURITE TO BE NEXT PREM BOSS OUT!

ROY HODGSON is now favourite with William Hill to be the next Premier League manager to lose his job this season, following Liverpool’s lacklustre display against Everton. ‘The new owners have said they want to give Hodgson their backing, but everyone knows how vulnerable bosses are if they lose the fans, and capitulating to your deadliest rivals is not the best way to keep them on your side ‘ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
WILLIAM HILL HAVE SLASHED LIVERPOOL FROM 18/1 TO 11/1 TO BE RELEGATED – THE SHORTEST ODDS AT WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN QUOTED IN PREMIER LEAGUE HISTORY. AND HILLS ALSO OFFER 80/1 THAT THEY WILL FINISH BOTTOM OF THE TABLE. ‘Liverpool being quoted at just 11/1 for the drop this season, is something we’d have offered longer odds than 11/1about at the start of the campaign!’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

ROONEY BACKED TO LEAVE UNITED

WILLIAM HILL have cut their odds for Wayne Rooney to leave Manchester United after punters backed him to go following Sunday newspaper stories suggesting he could soon be on his way out of Old Trafford.
‘Very few punters are interested in backing Wayne still to be a United player at the start of next season and we have cut the odds about him going both during the coming January transfer window – from 7/1 to 13/2, and at the end of the season but before the start of next from 7/2 to 3/1’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
And Hills no longer even make Rooney favourite to top score in the Premier League this season for his own club, offering him at 15/8 to do so – behind favourite Dimitar Berbatov, who currently has a five goal lead over Rooney.

WILLIAM HILL have opened a book on which Premier League side will be handed the most red cards during this season, and make Bolton their 11/2 favourites, just ahead of Arsenal, with Chelsea and Manchester United the complete outsiders. ‘Red cards are suddenyl newsworthy after Danny Murphy’s recent comments so we have decided to open a book on who’ll end up the most red-faced at the end of the campaign’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

FOLLOWING THE GAMBLE on Martin O’Neill to be the next Premier League manager to leave his club William Hill have opened a book on who will be the next permanent Villa boss, and make Mark Hughes 4/1 favourite. ‘Even if the current rumours prove to be unfounded Martin O’Neill seems likely to move on sooner rather than later, and he’ll leave behind a club just a couple of players short of being genuine contenders for a Champions League place’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
