“Howard Webb has had a relatively easy initiation into the Euros so far and has done well without excelling,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. “We personally hope he does not make the final, however, because we would prefer it if the team was.”

Spain were somewhat upset by Italy in their opening group game of the Euros although the ain talking point continues to be the ever declining form of Fernando Torres.
