CHELSEA 8/1 NOT TO WIN IN NEXT THREE GAMES

WILLIAM HILL are betting on when winless-in-three Chelsea will next manage to come out on top in a match – and make them 8/1 not to do so in their next three games. ‘Chelsea currently face a mini crisis, but if they can’t win any of their next three it will become a full blown crisis’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
HILLS HAVE CUT THEIR ODDS FOR VILLAS-BOAS TO BE GONE BY 1ST GAME OF NEXT SEASON FROM 9/4 TO 7/4 – HE IS 2/5 STILL TO BE THERE.’Chelsea managers generally have a short shelf life if they don’t produce a trophy-winning season’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe. TEVEZ TO START AGAIN FOR CITY?
WILLIAM HILL offer 6/5 that Carlos Tevez will start a competitive match for Man C before the end of the January transfer window, and 6/5 that he will not. ‘Mancini seems to be hinting that there could be a reconciliation, but how that would go down with fans remains to be seen’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

TOON 33/1 TO TAKE 10+ POINTS FROM NEXT FOUR GAMES
NEWCASTLE’s stunning start to the Premier League season has seen manager Alan Pardew become a 10/1 shot to become LMA Manager of the Year with William Hill who make his striker Dember Ba 16/1 to end up top scorer in the division, and 11/4 to double his already impressive total of two Prem hat tricks before the season is out.
Newcastle now face a stern examination of their credentials as they face Everton, Man C, Man U and Chelsea in their next four matches and Hills offer 33/1 that they take 10 or more points from those games. ‘Now we will see whether Newcastle have reached these heights courtesy of the fixture list or belong their on merit. We expect them to end up between 7th and 10th – still a worthy achievement’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

EDEN ON THE MOVE

WILLIAM HILL have opened a book on where sought after Lille midfielder Eden Hazard will end up when he leaves the club, probably at the end of this season – and make Chelsea 9/4 favourites to snap the Belgian up. ‘Arsenal are believed to covet M Eden but not everyone at Lille would like to see him end up at the Emirates, so they are only 7/2 second favourites in our market’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
Hills make PSG 4/1 third favourites, with Real Madrid at 6/1; Inter/Man City 7/1; Bayern Munich 12/1; Liverpool 16/1.

Managerial Madness Starts Early…fabregas Latest

The managerial merry-go-round was in overdrive earlier today when Neil Warnock was backed in from 9/2 to 9/4 to be the first Premier League manager to leave at William Hill. The QPR boss was the subject of internet speculation which saw his odds tumble as punters piled in with countless three figure bets although the gamble subsided as a statement was released from the club stating Warnock was going nowhere. Despite the assurances over his short term future, Warnock remains the favourite to go first followed by Steve Kean at 7/2 and Mick McCarthy at 9/1.

“It appears that Warnock is safe for now, but there is seldom smoke without fire and we expect that this is a gamble that would only need the slightest spark to reignite again,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Hills First Premier League Manager To Go: 11/4 Neil Warnock; 7/2 Steve Kean; 9/1 Mick McCarthy; 10/1 Steve Bruce; 10/1 Owen Coyle; 10/1 Roberto Martinez; 10/1 David Moyes; 12/1 Roberto Mancini; 12/1 Sir Alex Ferguson; 14/1 Harry Redknapp; 16/1 Alan Pardew; 20/1 Brendan Rodgers; 20/1 Alex McLeish…others on request

De Gea To Fill Van Der Sar’s Big Boots

In his final season at Old Trafford Edwin Van Der Sar conceded 31 goals in 33 Premier League games and William Hill are offering 1/5 that his replacement, David de Gea concedes 31 or fewer goals in his first 33 Premier League matches. He is 10/3 to concede more.

“Edwin van der Sar has cast a huge shadow over Old Trafford, much like Peter Schmeichel did but the odds suggest that de Gea will fill his boots,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Cesc Fabregas looks all but certain to leave Arsenal, with Hills slashing his odds to go once more from 2/7 to 1/7 while another midfielder seemingly on the move, is Charlie Adam, who is offered at 1/8 to leave Blackpool for Liverpool. He is 8/1 to go to either Aston Villa or Tottenham and 12/1 to join Manchester United.

“If Charlie does not go to Liverpool, we won’t Adam and Eve it!!!”
