WILLIAM HILL offer 5/4 that Phil Brown will no longer be Hull City manager on the final day of the Premiership season and 4/7 that he will still be in place. Brown has been backed down from 7/2 to 13/8 second favourite to be the next Premiership manager to leave his club after their Carling Cup exit to Everton.
Hull are now 4/7 to be relegated this season (5/4 to stay) and 11/4 to finish bottom of the table. They are 18/1 to pull off a shock win at Liverpool this weekend.
‘Hull fans are clearly not best pleased with their current form, although they will obviously be aware that Brown is the man who took them to their current heady heights and it is not that long ago that they were languishing in the bottom division of the Football League’ said Hill’s spokesman Graham Sharpe.
