Alan Pardew became the first Premier League manager sent to the stands and not one William Hill punter backed the Newcastle boss to see red which was offered at 16/1. Andy Carroll’s name has rather surprisingly been linked with a loan move to AC Milan although William Hill do not think that particular move is on the cards, offering 1/12 that he does not make the move to the San Siro (to AC Milan).
