Madrid Cause Real Headache For Lyon And Chelsea Cope Quite Comfortably With The Danes

Chelsea and Real Madrid progressed through to the Quarter Final of the Champions League and William Hill make the pair 5/1 and 7/2 respectively to win the tournament. Chelsea are now the 5/4 favourites to progress the furthest of any of the three English sides in the competition, while Manchester United are the 11/8 second favourites and Spurs at 14/5. Hills are offering 7/1 that the Champions League Final is contested by two British sides and 6/4 that none of the English sides make it. Fernando Torres failed to score once again and the £50 million man is now 6/1 to fail to score in any of his next five league games.

Hills are offering 7/4 that Real Madrid progress further than Barcelona in the Champions League and 9/2 that the final is contested by the El Classico sides.

“Chelsea and Real made it through to the Quarters without having to really break sweat and the pair look like they could well challenge Barcelona at the top of the betting,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
