The Carling Cup third round kicks off this week with a number of tasty ties taking place over Tuesday and Wednesday. With the giant killing nature of the competition, William Hill are offering 7/4 that a non Premier League side gets to the final and 6/1 that there is a non Premier League winner of the competition.
