William Hill have opened a book on how many Premiership teams will survive through to the fifth round of the FA Cup offering 12/1 that no Premiership side falls to lower league opposition but the favourite at 7/4 is for two to fall. Hills odds suggest that the most likely Premiership teams to fail are Burnley at 8/11 (v Reading), with Bolton (v Sheff Utd) and Wolves (v Crystal Palace) both offer ed at 4/9 to go the same way.
