Europa League First Night: Hardly Vintage But 20/1 For All Brit Final

None of the British sides won in the Europa League on Thursday night and William Hill but despite this, William Hill are offering 20/1 on an all British final. Tottenham are the 7/4 favourites to progress furthest of all the British sides in the competition with Stoke overtaking Fulham in the betting following their impressive draw in Kiev, at 15/8. Paris St Germain are the 8/1 favourites to lift the trophy at the moment with Atletico Madrid 11/1, however, Hills are offering 2/1 that any side dropping down from the Champions League after the group stages goes on to win the competition.

“It was hardly a vintage night for British football in the Europa League but despite this, we think there could be a chance of an all British final this year” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
