Podolski Odds On To Become Gunner

PODOLSKI ODDS-ON TO BECOME A GUNNER

WILLIAM HILL are offering odds of 4/7 that Cologne and Germany striker Lukas Podolski will have joined Arsenal by day one of the next Premier League season – and 5/4 that he does not. But if he does arrive there he may find that Robin Van Persie has departed – after the in-form striker was backed from Even money to 5/6 with Hills to have left the club by the start of the next campaign, and lengthened from 8/11 to Evens still to be there. Boss Arsene Wenger is 2/5 still to be in charge on day one, 7/4 not to.
Hills are also betting on how many goals RVP will chalk up in the Prem this season – and make him 11/4 to set a new record of 35 or more. He is 14/1 to end up with 25; 6/1 26/27; 3/1 28/29; 3/1 30/31; 11/4 32/33; 5/2 34.

**Kenny Dalglish played down rumours of Luis Suarez joining PSG, and Hills make the player 1/5 still to be at Anfield next season, but 10/3 to depart before then.

YOU BET NO MORE PREM BOSSES WILL GO THIS SEASON…

WILLIAM HILL offer 13/8 that no more Premier League managers will leave their clubs before the end of the season, but Steve Kean is 9/2 to be the next to do so this campaign while Hills also offer 5/1 Coyle; Martinez; 6 McLeish; 16 Redknapp. Others on request.

NEXT PERMANENT CHELSEA BOSS….7/4 Jose Mourinho; 4/1 Rafa Benitez; 6/1 Pep Guardiola 8/1 RDM; 9/1 Joachim Low; Fabio Capello.

You Bet Manchester Sides Will Bounce Back With Victory On Sunday

After their joint defeats in the Europa League on Thursday, Manchesters United and City will be hoping to get back to winning ways on Sunday although William Hill are offering 60/1 that both sides lose against West Brom and Swansea. In all reality, the two sides are big favourites to win with United 1/3 to win and City 4/6. Hills think that the home advantage Manchester United have will enable them to have an easier time of things, with the match Even money to see the most goals on Sunday.

Manchester City are 1/18 to be top of the table come Monday morning and only a defeat in all reality could see United overtake them (15/2 for United to sit top of the table on Monday).

Sunday mythical match bet: 10/11 Manchester United; 17/10 Manchester City; 10/3 draw

Both Manchester sides to lose: 60/1

Who will be top of the table on Sunday evening: 1/18 Manchester City; 15/2 Manchester United

Highest scoring Sunday match:
1/1 Manchester United/WBA; 11/5 Swansea/Manchester City; 11/5 Norwich/Wigan

How many points clear will Manchester City be clear on Monday 12th March: 15/2 not top; 7/2 goal difference; 33/1 1 point; 5/6 2 points; 33/1 3 points; 7/1 4 points; 14/1 5 points

Hills Payout On Hill’s Phantom Goal…5/1 For Goalline Technology Next Season

QPR will have been aggrieved when Clint Hill had a goal controversially chalked off, despite the fact that his header was clearly over the line. William Hill are offering 5/1 that goal line technology is introduced into the Premier League by the start of next season (1/9 it is not). As the goal was clearly over the line, William Hill are paying out on Hill being the first goalscorer, as well as Darren Pratley.

“It will have been no consolation to Mark Hughes and his players as they trudged off at half time but we clearly thought it was a goal and are more than happy to pay out,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly. “It is just another case for a quick introduction for goalline technology.”

Spl Favourites To Get Goal-line Technology First!

The goal-line technology argument will be hitting the headlines after the Bolton / QPR game and William Hill are betting on which European league will host the first match involving goal-line technology. The Scottish Premier League generally kicks off earlier than the other European leagues and is 13/8 favourite with the English Premier League 11/4 second favourite.

“The FA are keen to press the issue to FIFA and after yet another high profile incident, it is surely just a matter of where and when it comes into play,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

First League to stage game with goal-line technology: 13/8 Scottish Premier League; 11/4 English Premier League; 4/1 German Bundesliga; 11/2 Spanish La Liga; 7/1 French Ligue 1; 8/1 Italian Serie A; 10/1 Dutch Eredivisie

Odds On Goal-line Technology Cut As Spurs Drift In Top London Club Market!

QPR were denied a vital goal in their relegation battle against Bolton and are now 1/3 with William Hill to be relegated at the end of the season. Mark Hughes’ reign has got off to a less than auspicious start to say the least and Hills are offering 11/10 that he is no longer QPR boss come the first day of their 2012/13 season(4/6 that he is still there).

Hughes’ odds of departure have changed drastically since yesterday’s defeat and should QPR be relegated, it could well be traced back to that phantom goal. Hills have cut their odds of goal-line technology being introduced following solid punter support and offer 11/4 that the Premier League sees goal-line technology next season.

“After such a vital ‘goal’ was chalked off yesterday, the goal-line technology argument has once again reared its head and it looks as though a resolution may finally be around the corner, but all maybe too little too late for Hughes and QPR” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Spurs have now lost two matches on the spin and with Arsenal starting to fire on all cylinders, Hills only make Tottenham slight favourites at 8/13 to be the top London club at the end of the season with Arsenal 9/4 and Chelsea 7/2.

William Hill Odds:

Goal-Line Technology to be introduced by the start of the 2012/13 season: 11/4 yes; 1/4 no

Which league will be the first to introduce goal-line technology: 13/8 SPL; 11/4 EPL; 4/1 Bundesliga; 11/2 La Liga; 7/1 Ligue 1; 8/1 Serie A; 10/1 Eredivisie

Hughes to be manager of QPR on the first day of next season: 4/6 yes; 11/10 no

Premier League relegation: 2/9 Wigan; 3/10 Wolves; 1/3 QPR; 11/8 Bolton; 13/8 Blackburn; 25/1 BAR

Premier League to stay up: 4/9 Blackburn; 8/15 Bolton; 9/4 QPR; 12/5 Wolves; 3/1 Wigan

Top London Club: 8/13 Tottenham; 9/4 Arsenal; 7/2 Chelsea

Moyes Celebrating 10 Years At Everton…where Will He Go Next And Will He Go Before Kenny?

The Merseyside derby takes place on Tuesday night and William Hill think that the red side of Liverpool will be the happier both after the game (with Liverpool 4/5 to win the match) and at the end of the season (1/2 to finish above Everton at the end of the season). Despite this, Kenny Dalglish is 11/4 to no longer be in charge of the Reds on the first day of next season (1/4 to still be there) and is 11/10 to have left Liverpool before Moyes leaves Everton (4/6 vice versa).

The game marks 10 years in charge at Everton for David Moyes, but Hills think that he could be on the move soon, offering 6/4 that he leaves the club during 2012, 10/3 he goes during 2013, 5/1 2014 and 6/4 2015 or later. Moyes is currently the 9/4 favourite to be the next man in the Spurs hotseat with Harry Redknapp potentially on his way to become the next England manager. Moyes is also 7/1 to become the next Manchester United manager, 10/1 to become the next permanent Chelsea manager and 20/1 to go to Arsenal next.

“Moyes is hot property and with a number of managers jobs potentially becoming available in the summer, he may not be much longer for Everton,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

The previous derby was spoiled very early on with a red card for Jack Rodwell and Hills offer 11/4 that there is a player sent off during Tuesday’s game.

Everton/Liverpool specials:

Season match bet: 1/2 Liverpool; 6/4 Everton

Red card in the Merseyside Derby on Tuesday: 11/4 yes; 1/4 no

Kenny Dalglish still at Liverpool on first day of next season: 1/4 still there; 11/4 no

Who will go first: 4/6 Moyes; 11/10 Dalglish

When will David Moyes leave Everton: 6/4 2012; 10/3 2013; 5/1 2014; 6/4 2015 or later

9/4 David Moyes to be the next permanent Spurs manager

7/1 David Moyes to be the next Permanent Manchester United manager
