And Hills have installed Papiss Cisse as 12/1 fourth favourite to be next seasons Premier League top scorer, and make him a 5/2 chance to score over 20 goals in the division next season. Hills make him 1/3 still to be a Newcastle player on day one of the 2012/13 campaign and 25/1 to have been snapped up by Barcelona by then.
