While the lengthening odds suggest that Liverpool may well miss Suarez up front, one man who is sure to benefit is Andy Carroll with Hills shortening his odds of outscoring former Liverpool striker, Fernando Torres, from 11/10 to 4/6.

“Liverpool will certainly miss Suarez’s trickery and more importantly his goals, but we think that Andy Carroll will step up to the plate and bag some goals in the Uruguayan’s absence,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.
