City Start Shows Promise As Aguero Slashed For Golden Boot

Manchester City showed their obvious class when upstaging Swansea on their return to the big time, to record the only home win of the opening week of the Premier League. New boy Sergio Aguero, scored two and set up one on his City debut and William Hill are offering 4/1 that he bags the golden boot during his first season in Premier League football. Manchester City are 10/3 to win the Premier League this season but are still behind Manchester United and Chelsea at 6/5 and 3/1 respectively. Hills offer 10/3 about a United/City 1-2, while a City/United forecast is 11/2.

After just one game, the league is looking ominous for teams around the country as the North West occupy the top three, said Hills spokesman Joe Crilly. Realistically, there will only be two of those sides there at the end of the season but on the weekends form, the Manchester sides will take some shifting from their lofty perch.
