Transfer Window Set To Spark Betting Bonanza

After a slow transfer window so far, the summer has really warmed up with a number of huge transfer stories hitting the headlines. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic seemingly on his way to PSG, William Hill make AC Milan 5/6 to be the club with which Carlos Tevez is plying his trade at the end of the transfer window although current club, Manchester City, are the same price.

“Tevez performed a spectacular u-turn towards the end of last season by saying that he was at Manchester City for the long haul but with AC Milan seemingly willing to mould the team around him, the lure of Italy may be too strong,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Liverpool have reportedly had a transfer offer for Fabio Borini accepted by Roma and William Hill make the Italian striker 10/3 second favourite to be Liverpool’s leading scorer next season behind 6/4 Luis Suarez. He is also 6/4 to score more than 10 goals next season.

QPR’s Joey Barton may face the ignominy of dropping down a division with Blackburn apparently keen on taking the midfielder on loan. William Hill make Rovers Even money to be Barton’s next club, with ambitious Nottingham Forest 7/4 second favourites.

“Barton is ruled out of the first 12 games of the season, which will take him up to November, which would then allow a Championship side to swoop for him outside of the transfer window,” said Hill’s spokesman Joe Crilly.

Emmanuel Adebayor looks set to sign for Spurs and William Hill are offering 2/1 that he scores two or more goals against Arsenal.

Brendan Rodgers wants to stamp his mark on the Liverpool squad and William Hill are now betting on which players will come and which ones will go. With a bid for Fabio Borini confirmed by Roma, the Italian is 2/7 to move to Anfield before the end of the transfer window. Another name who has been widely mooted with a move to Liverpool is that of Clint Dempsey and he is 5/4 to join the Rodgers Revolution. UP TO 500 BETS PER MINUTE TO BE PLACED

Up to £25 million is set to be bet on this year’s Euros Final with Spain the 6/5 favourites with William Hill and Italy 13/5. £25 Million To Be Bet On Euro Final

William Hill are expecting around £25 million to be staked in the UK on the Euros Final this weekend as 11/10 favourites, Spain, take on 11/5 Italy. The draw is offered at 21/10. Hills make Spain 8/15 to lift the trophy while Italy are 6/4 to do likewise.
